‘No Idea’ – UFC Star Tom Aspinall Slams Conor McGregor for Sending Bizarre Death Threats Ahead of His Fight Return.

Tom ASPINALL’s response to Conor McGregor’s shocking death threat.

The Notorious, a British heavyweight on the rise, surprised him last month with a Twitter rant after he shared his thoughts about his upcoming bout against Michael Chandler.

He was stunned when McGregor allegedly threatened to cancel one of his sponsorship agreements, and bury him under six feet.

During a recent appearance on The MMA Hour he stated: “I honestly do not know [why he is so angry].

“I would never disrespect anyone or anything else. I have such respect for Conor.” “I’m not the kind of guy.”

Aspinall insists that he does not want to fight with the UFC poster boy, or anyone else.

He said: “I am an adult. I’m not trying to fight with anybody.

“If I was going to fight with someone, I would want it to be in my division so that we could at least have the fight and earn some money from it.

“No idea. All I said was that I wasn’t as interested in Conor as I was other fights.

It was over. “No disrespect intended to anyone.”

He said: “I’m not interested in a fight with anyone, bro. We don’t have to deal with that type of conflict.”

“But he is angry about it or he was, I don’t what he feels right now.” But who knows what’s going on?”

Aspinall is still a huge fan of McGregor despite the death threats and his vow to “starve him” financially.

He said, “I am a huge fan.” Conor is a huge inspiration to me.

“He is an Irish man, and I am an Englishman – they are really close, and he has done huge things in sport.

I was like “Wow, it’s funny, I didn’t intend to offend anyone.”

Aspinall’s knee injury suffered during his fight with Curtis Blaydes in July is still in its final stages.

McGregor is preparing for his showdown against former Bellator light-weight champion Chandler.

The date of their match has not been set yet, as the Irishman is still waiting to be re-enrolled in the United States Anti-Doping Agency testing pool.

McGregor must stay in the pool at least six months to be eligible for competition. This means he cannot return until mid-September.
